and thank you for passing on the love of Christ to other sisters in need.
Daisy pins were given out to a group of women in May 2007 at Valley View Alliance Church in Newmarket, Ontario. These women were encouraged to show the love of Christ to someone in need and then to pass on their Daisy, asking the recipient to do the same.
This blog site was set up so that we can follow the journey of our Daisies as they travel, spreading the blessing of living a life in service to one another.
Instructions for sharing about your 'Daisy' experience.
If you have been given a Daisy, please click on the posting with your Daisy's number. (Click on 'Older Posts' to see more numbers if yours is not listed.) After reading the comments displayed, you may post a comment yourself, sharing what it was like for you to receive and/or give an act of kindness.
To show who you are when posting a comment, please select 'Other' under 'Choose an Identity'. Then under 'Name', please leave only your initials and your location. For example: (D.V. in Aurora, ON), (P.J. - Newmarket), or (T.L. - Ohio). This way we will be able to track and display where our Daisies are traveling.
Please take care not to mention anyone's real name and keep the details general so that we can guard everyone's privacy. Each comment will be reveiwed for content before it is actually published on this blog.

Gave a special sister a special care package at OP Camp, Port Syndey, Ontario. PJ
i received the flower at OP camp in Port Sydney. was excited that someone was thinking about us while we worked at camp. passed it along to a friend in Ballinafad ON. LV.
